The percentage of individuals whose Insomnia Severity Index questionnaire score is above 8. Timepoint: Measurement of insomnia prevalence at the beginning of the study and 30 days after the delivery of educational content. Method of measurement: Insomnia Severity Index questionnaire.

The average sleep satisfaction score. Timepoint: Measurement of the average sleep satisfaction score at the beginning of the study and 30 days after the delivery of educational content. Method of measurement: Single-item self-report of sleep satisfaction.;The average job performance satisfaction score.
