Inclusion criteria: Patient satisfaction Papillary or penetrating to papilla types of maxillary labial frenum Systemic health Good oral hygiene

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Diabetes and other uncontrolled systemic diseases Poor cooperation Poor oral hygiene Heavy smoker patients

Primary

Bleeding intensity. Timepoint: During surgery;1 week after surgery. Method of measurement: WHO index.

MeasureTime frame
Duration of surgery. Timepoint: during surgery. Method of measurement: Clock (second).;Difficulty of surgery. Timepoint: during surgery. Method of measurement: surgeon's opinion (very easy, easy, difficult, impossible).;Number of pain relief pills. Timepoint: 7 days after surgery. Method of measurement: According to patient's report.;Tissue swelling status. Timepoint: 1 day after surgery, 7 days after surgery. Method of measurement: surgeon's opinion (without swelling, mild, moderate, severe).;Size of the wound area. Timepoint: after surgery. Method of measurement: Measurement of the height and width of the wound area after frenectomy (mm).;Wound healing. Timepoint: One week after surgery; One month after surgery.
