Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with advanced ischemic cardiomyopathy who have not undergone revascularization or more than one year has passed since their revascularization Age between 35 and 75 years old Systolic function less than 30% Life expectancy of more than one year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient's lack of consent to continue treatment or cardiac examinations like; six minute walk test or echocardiography.
