Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Be between 40 and 60 years old. She has not menstruated for at least 12 months. Have an Android mobile phone.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Not willing to continue cooperation. Has participated in a class or a written training course (menopause symptom management) during the study. A stressful event occurs for the person during the intervention.
