Inclusion criteria: RDS 4-6 Clinical sign Of RDS Gestational Age Between 28 To 32 Weight Less Than 1500g

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Major Congenital Anomaly Asphyxia Sign Cyanotic Heart Disease Emergency Intubation
