Inclusion criteria: 18 to 80 years old patient Occurrence of STE in the patient's ECG
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unstable vital signs of patients Known drug sensitivity to colchicine Severe liver and kidney disease Chronic treatment with colchicine
