Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Acute coronary syndrome(ST Elevation MI )

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: type 1 diabetic patients patients with GFR <30 Diabetic patient under treatment with empagliflozin Cardiogenic shock due to STEMI

ECG change of STEMI patients. Timepoint: The beginning of the study and 90th day. Method of measurement: Obtaining an ECG and checking the related changes that are mentioned in the questionnaire.;Left ventricular Ejection Fraction in STEMI patients. Timepoint: The beginning of the study ,40 th day and 90th day. Method of measurement: Obtaining echocardiography and checking the related changes that are mentioned in the questionnaire.;Exercise capacity in STEMI patients. Timepoint: The beginning of the study ,40 th day and 90th day. Method of measurement: The 6- minute walk test.
