Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with peri trochanteric fractures treated with surgery who have confirmed anxiety or obsessions in preoperative assessments Complete psychiatric and orthopedic information available

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of associated fractures other than the peri trochanteric region The presence of other diseases that interfere with the patient's independent walking (neuromuscular diseases - previous fractures) Presence of psychiatric disorder other than obsession and anxiety Lack of cooperation for initial review and secondary follow-up Already taking medication for obsessive-compulsive disorder or anxiety

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Ability to walk independently after surgery. Timepoint: Measurement of independent walking ability 1 month and 3 months after surgery. Method of measurement: Clinical observations -Timed Up and Go Test(TUG functional test)(stopwatch).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The level of obsession and anxiety after drug treatment. Timepoint: 1 month and 3 months after starting treatment. Method of measurement: Hamilton questionnaire and Yale Brown questionnaire.
