Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: At least 18 years old History of recurrent spontaneous abortion (having experienced at least 2 miscarriages) Failure to participate in psychological interventions within the last 1 year If taking psychiatric medications, no change in medications over the past 6 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having experienced fewer than two miscarriages Participation in psychological interventions within the past year

MeasureTime frame
Sleep quality. Timepoint: The participants' sleep quality will be assessed before the start of the study, at the end of the study, and 6 months after the end of the study. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index.;Rumination. Timepoint: Participants' rumination will be assessed before the start of the study, at the end of the study, and 6 months after the study ends. Method of measurement: Ruminative Response Scale.
