Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a grade 2 or 3 chronic pressure ulcer confirmed by an infectious disease specialist Willingness and consent to participate in the study and complete the informed consent form Age between 18 and 60 years Use of the same (identical) antibiotic among participants Presence of only one chronic wound Diabetes confirmed by an infectious disease specialist

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: the necessity of using any medication or non - pharmacological intervention occurrence of any specific disorder or situation during the study that impede the use of ???? gel dressing
