Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Having type 2 diabetes (based on the diagnosis of a specialist doctor) with the complication of diabetic neuropathy (based on a minimum score of 2 in the Michigan tool) Patient willingness and written informed consent to participate in the study Age below 65 years Having the power of speech and the ability to communicate to report the severity of clinical symptoms during investigation and examination Not having a history of diseases or conditions that affect neuropathy, such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, gout, Parkinson's, spinal cord injury, Guillain Barre, rheumatic disease, thrombosis and vascular disorder, the presence of cardiac arrhythmias, addiction to drugs or strong painkillers. Based on documentation and self-declaration Not having wounds and lesions in the place of heat therapy Absence of fractures and traumatic injuries leading to sensory and motor lesions in the lower limbs
Exclusion criteria
