Intervention 1: Intervention group: The intervention group will be prescribed prophylactic caffeine citrate (20 mg/kg intravenously as an initial dose on the first day of birth and then 5 mg/kg daily

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Infants with a fetal age of less than 32 weeks Infants who had spontaneous breathing

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neonates with major congenital anomalies Asphyxiation Hypoxic Ischemic Encephalopathy stage 2 , 3 Intrauterine growth retardation Neonates with cholestasis Neonates with neuromuscular disease
