Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Corrective exercises for kyphosis, including NASM exercises, exercises with foam roll, band and physio ball are performed, these exercises are performed for 8 weeks

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a lordosis abnormality equal to or greater than 54 degrees Having a kyphosis higher than 42 degrees Age range 20 to 25 years Voluntary participation and submission of a letter of consent Not having a history of regular exercise No injuries in the last 6 months Not having a championship and membership in sports teams Not taking special medicines No surgery in chest, lumbar and pelvis Absence of abnormalities in the lower limbs such as coxa valga of knee , coxa vara of knee, shortness of one leg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any possible injury during training Absence of two consecutive sessions or more than three sessions in the entire training period Subject's unwillingness to continue cooperation Feeling discomfort or pain during exercises or inability to perform exercises

Kyphosis angle. Timepoint: Pre-test and post-test. Method of measurement: Flexible ruler.;Lordosis angle. Timepoint: Pre-test and post-test. Method of measurement: Flexible ruler.
