Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: People with obsessive compulsive disorder based on psychiatrist diagnosis and hair pulling questionnaire score of Massachusetts Hospital. Consent of the individual to participate in the research Not having a serious medical illness and not having a major psychiatric disorder Not receiving simultaneous psychological intervention

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence of more than two intervention sessions Unwillingness to continue participating in the research process Non-cooperation and not doing the tasks specified in the intervention sessions

Mokni scale, the minimum acquired score is zero and its maximum is 28; The emotion control scale is a self-assessment and the retest coefficient is 0.94 for the overall score of the scale; Barat et al.'s impulsivity scale (1990), which measures the three aspects of cognitive impulsivity, movement, and lack of planning, has 30 questions, the lowest score is 30 and the highest score is 120; Rumination scale scores from 22 to 88; Self-blame scale that has 22 items. Timepoint: At a point of three months. Method of measurement: Massachusetts Hospital Hair Pulling Questionnaire; Williams and Kamles emotion control questionnaire; Barat et al. impulsivity questionnaire; Gilbert et al.'s self-blame scale; Nolen Hauxmau rumination scale.
