Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Intervention group: An intervention group was given GPR exercises for 8 weeks. Intervention 2: Control group: No practice and exercises.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 30 to 40 years, Having unilateral or bilateral pain between the 12th vertebra and the sacrum, At least one month before data collection, the samples do not have referred pain to the upper and lower limbs and structural disorders of the spine and lower limbs. Constant pain present on at least half of the days in a 12-month period, or recurrent low back pain present on less than half of the days in a 12-month period Individuals with low back pain who have at least two deficits on tests of movement control Lomajuki waist Having an increased lumbar lordosis abnormality equal to or greater than 51 degrees

Lordosis angle. Timepoint: The lordosis angle were measured before and eight weeks after the global Postural Reeducation exercises. Method of measurement: The lordosis angle is measured by Flexible ruler.;Motor control. Timepoint: The motor control were measured before and eight weeks after the global Postural Reeducation exercises. Method of measurement: The motor control is measured by O'Sullivan's movement control tests.;Static balance. Timepoint: The static balance were measured before and eight weeks after the global Postural Reeducation exercises. Method of measurement: The static balance is measured by Lak Lak test.;Dynamic balance. Timepoint: The dynamic balance were measured before and eight weeks after the global Postural Reeducation exercises. Method of measurement: The static balance is measured by Y-test.
