Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Faculty members who have at least one year of clinical teaching experience will be included in the study. Nurses will be included in the study if they have at least one year of work experience at the bedside.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Incomplete completion of the questionnaire before the implementation of the intervention less than 90-minute faculty members' attendance in the training course
