Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: being 60-70 years old not exercising daily and professionally No ban on entering the water no ban on riding horses

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: physical damage due to stroke post-surgery period spine disorders shoulder or hip dislocation Heart disease high blood pressure

Allergy to water. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the start of the intervention) and 7, 14 and 21 days after the start of the exercises. Method of measurement: questionnaire.
