Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: No surgery Not having any heart disease Not smoking and drinking alcohol Not having a physical problem such as orthopedic and brain-nervous problems that prevent exercise. Blood pressure > 110/180 as a criterion for exiting the study process Menopause Age range in the specified age range of 45 to 65

Exclusion criteria: Lack of continuous exercise before starting the training program Inability to exercise
