Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women undergoing in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment Diagnosis of primary infertility Ability to participate in meetings and access the Internet Consent and informed desire to participate in the research Age range 25 to 40 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being under the advice of a psychologist or psychiatrist for at least three months before having a psychological disorder diagnosed by a psychiatrist The occurrence of an unfortunate incident within 3 months before the intervention Having a systemic disease

MeasureTime frame
Perceived stress of infertility. Timepoint: The time periods of measurement will be before the intervention, after the completion of the intervention (referral to perform a pregnancy test). Method of measurement: Newton's standard infertility stress questionnaires.;Salivary cortisol. Timepoint: The time periods of measurement will be before the intervention, after the completion of the intervention (referral to perform a pregnancy test).
