Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Adipocytokine WNT1-inducible-signaling pathway protein 1 (WISP-1). Timepoint: 48 hours before the start of the intervention and 48 hours after the end of the 8 weeks of the intervention. Method of measurement: It will be measured by the ELISA method using the Eastbiopharm kit made in China, with a sensitivity of 0.59 ng/L and a coefficient of variation of 3.24%.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Interleukin-8. Timepoint: 48 hours before the start of the intervention and 48 hours after the end of the 8 weeks of the intervention. Method of measurement: It will be measured by the ELISA method using the Eastbiopharm kit made in China, with a sensitivity of 4.93 ng/L and a coefficient of variation of 6.15%.;Insulin resistance index. Timepoint: 48 hours before the start of the intervention and 48 hours after the end of the 8 weeks of the intervention. Method of measurement: Using the glucose homeostasis model (HOMA-IR) and using the following formula:5/22/insulin×5 HOMA-IR=FBS.;Lipid profile (cholesterol, triglycerides, LDL, HDL). Timepoint: 48 hours before the start of the intervention and 48 hours after the end of the 8 weeks of the intervention. Method of measurement: The serum level is measured using the Pars test kit made in Iran.;Waist to hip ratio. Timepoint: 48 hours before the start of the intervention and 48 hours after the end of the 8 weeks of the intervention. Method of measurement: The narrowest waist area and the widest hip area are measured with a tape measure.
