Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: First-time mothers with a premature infant (gestational age 30–37 weeks) admitted to the NICU Infant with stable health not requiring surgical intervention Provision of informed consent by the mother to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mothers with a history of previous preterm delivery Infants with gestational age more than 37 weeks Infants requiring surgical intervention at admission Mothers unable to attend educational sessions Mothers who do not provide informed consent to participate
