Interventions

Intervention 1: In the intervention group, hands are sampled before any disinfection. But in this group, antiseptic solution is used to disinfect the hands for one minute from the tips of the fingers

Inclusion criteria: be fully satisfied with participating in the study Must be a 5th and 7th semester undergraduate student in the operating room field Have healthy skin and nails

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Insensivity to consumbles

Measure	Time frame
Microorganism growth rate on hands. Timepoint: Measuring the growth of microorganisms on the hand before the intervention, immediately after the intervention and three hours after the intervention. Method of measurement: Preparation of microbial culture.	—
