Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Unilateral stroke Having stroke for more than 6 months Age over 40 years spasticity higher than 1 in the plantar flexor muscles of the ankle based on the Persian version of the Modified Ashworth Scale (MMAS) Ability to walk independently (with or without aids) Existence of physical and cognitive health conditions suitable for understanding and implementing the instructions in the study Absence of fixed contracture in the ankle area Standing independently with eyes open and closed Ability to follow orders Any contraindications for dry needling Botox injection for three months ?Absence of pain in lower limb during assessment Not taking antidepressants Not tacking anti-spasticity drugs
