Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 20 and 45 years BMI ranging from 22 to 30 no history of chronic metabolic, cardiovascular, or nutritional diseases no engagement in regular intense exercise in the past six months and no use of medications affecting metabolism

Exclusion criteria: Presence of chronic or metabolic diseases History of intense exercise Use of specific supplements or medications

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
In this study, the primary outcome variables include body composition (fat mass, lean mass, and bone mineral density), oxidative stress markers (such as MDA and total antioxidant capacity), gene and protein expression of key metabolic signaling pathways (including AMPK and mTOR), and cellular autophagy levels (measured via LC3 and Beclin-1 expression). These variables are selected to comprehensively assess the physiological and cellular effects of the exercise and dietary interventions. Timepoint: Outcome variables will be measured at three time points: before the intervention, at the end of week 12, and at the end of week 24. Method of measurement: Body composition will be assessed using DEXA (Dual-Energy X-ray Absorptiometry) scanning. Oxidative stress markers will be analyzed from blood samples using standard biochemical methods. Gene expression related to signaling pathways and autophagy will be measured through RNA extraction from peripheral cells, followed by RT-PCR and Western blot techniques.
