Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants live together one year at least. The absence of addiction, violence and affiliation in their current relationship. They both have motivation to participate in the therapy sessions. they don't suffer a serious mental or personality disorder. They have reading and writing literacy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: They don't desire to continue the cooperation for therapy sessions in the current study. They do not participate in more than one meeting per month.

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The treatment increased emotional and sexual intimacy. It also reduced avoidance behaviors due to shame. Timepoint: One week after the end of treatment sessions. Method of measurement: Experience of Shame Scale and Personal Assessment of Intimate Relationships.
