Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of psychosomatic disorders Having a smartphone Age between 20-60 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Not undergoing psychotherapy in the last 6 months Do not have an addiction Do not have a severe psychiatric illness such as psychotic illnesses In the last 6 months, there is no severe stressor Do not have severe psychiatric symptoms
