Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular disease Diabetes melitus Hypertension Glaucoma Professional sport Daily coffee consumption Smoking or hookah or any type of drug or alcohol Doing professional sports Allergy to saffron and coffee Pregnancy and breastfeeding Taking one of the anti-platelet, anti-diabetic, clozapine, antifungal, quinolones, hormonal drugs and oral contraceptives, beta-adrenergics, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, theophylline

Bidy Weight. Timepoint: before intervention and 4,8 weeks after intervention. Method of measurement: Weight scales.
