Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with type 2 diabetes with peripheral diabetic neuropathy in the nerve-muscle strip. Consent to participate in the study. Visit to a cardiologist and issuance of a physical activity permit.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of diabetic ulcer Charcot foot and amputation Suffering from musculoskeletal disorders that limit cycling Presence of cognitive disorders

Fasting blood sugar (FBS). Timepoint: At baseline (before intervention) and after 4 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Fasting blood glucose measurement via blood test.;Mean change in Neuropathy Symptom Score (NSS) using the PROM questionnaire. Timepoint: At baseline (before intervention) and after 4 weeks of intervention. Method of measurement: Assessment of neuropathy symptoms using the PROM questionnaire.;Mean change in Timed Up and Go (TUG) test time.
