Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Primipara Single pregnancy Late term and preterm pregnancy (gestational age more than 34 weeks) Bishop scores less than 4 at the time of admission
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Macrosomia Cephalic Pelvic disproportion History of myomectomy and entry into the endometrial cavity Repeat cesarean History of spinal injury that precludes natural vaginal delivery Patient with heart or brain issues precludes natural vaginal delivery
