Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Systemic treatment. Oral treatment with prednisolone is at a dose of 1 mg per kilogram of body weight per day and with a maximum of 60 mg, which is done for 7 days

Inclusion criteria: informed consent unilateral impaired vestibular tests

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neurological conditions bilateral unable to perform tests
