Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: 38 newly diagnosed leukemia patients without heart disease will take a specific dose of omega-3 in syrup. Intervention 2: Control group: 38 newly diagnosed leukemia

No minimum to 18 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Be under 18 years of age. A patient with newly diagnosed leukemia Do not have heart disease Has not received chemotherapy. Be a candidate for anthracycline therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Over 18 years old The patient has cancer other than leukemia. The patient has a history of relapse.

Design outcomes

Primary

Measure	Time frame
The rate of reduction of cardiac complications. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study, three months and six months after the start of treatment. Method of measurement: By echocardiography and cardiac enzymes.	—
