Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Females 40-60 post menopausal females good mental and physical health natural menopausal negative screening mammogram
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: young females perimenopausal any type of physical and mental disability, major surgery females with OP OA history of melanoma or breast cancer hormone replacement therapy patient
