Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The child or teenager has access to a smartphone. The child does not suffer from mental, cognitive or any other chronic diseases. The child should be able to speak Persian and be literate in reading and writing. The child should live with both parents. The home caregiver must be at least 18 years old. The home caregiver should have at least a bachelor's degree, be fluent in the Persian language, and can answer questionnaires. The mother is not part of the medical staff The child's caregiver does not participate in a training course or class related to the child's illness before.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Reluctance and refusal to continue participating in the study Inability to communicate due to reasons such as internet disconnection during at least two sessions Failure to follow up on educational materials and lack of feedback in virtual question-and-answer sessions at least twice Adverse complications during research for the child
