Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients in need of mandibular bilateral wisdom tooth surgery Persons without systemic diseases
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Age limit above 40 years or below 30 years Systemic diseases such as immunosuppression, diabetes, cardiovascular or liver diseases smoking pregnancy Allergy to beta-lactam and topical antibiotics and anesthetic drugs
