Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Candidate for tibial bone fracture repair surgery Age: 17-65 years old Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The presence of coagulation disorders Liver, kidney and heart disease History of taking opioid drugs in the last 48 hours Addiction to drugs and alcohol Presence of sensitivity to the study drugs Presence of plasma creatinine>1.5 mg/dl Having a platelet count of less than 150,000 Having a family history of thromboembolism The presence of severe hemodynamic instability Reluctance to participate in the study
