| The effect of short-term consumption of omega-3 supplements on C-reactive protein, muscle damage and liver enzymes after a session of high-intensity interval training in overweight girls. Timepoint: Blood samples will be taken four times. The first sample will be taken before the first training protocol and the second immediately after completing the first protocol. The third sample will be taken before starting the second protocol, and the fourth immediately after completing the second protocol. Anthropometric indices will be measured twice, before the first sample and before the third. Method of measurement: To measure C-reactive protein levels, we will use the Canadian Diagnostics Biochem human kit and the ELISA method. We will evaluate the amount of creatine kinase and lactate dehydrogenase levels using the Pars test kit with U/L units and the Hitachi autoanalyzer (model 902, made in Japan). We will also measure serum concentrations of liver enzymes, including alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, and gamma-glutamyltransferase, using the Autoanalyzer kit (Kenza 120, Biolabo Diagnostics, France) after serum separation.;The effect of short-term consumption of omega-3 supplements on C-reactive protein, muscle damage and liver enzymes after a session of high-intensity interval training in overweight girls.
