Inclusion criteria: Persistent Hematuria after PCNL Hemoglobin drop needing transfusion Delayed persistent hematuria
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: hypotension allergy to iodine contrast coagulopathy contraindication for iodine contrast patient refusal
