Exclusion criteria: having a mental illness not having a mobile phone

Measure	Time frame
Post-traumatic stress score and resilience score. Timepoint: Measuring the post-traumatic stress score and resilience before the intervention and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Weiss and Marmar event impact scale and Connor Davidson resilience scale.	—
