Inclusion criteria: having symptoms of post-traumatic stress having symptoms of low resilience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: having a mental illness not having a mobile phone

MeasureTime frame
Post-traumatic stress score and resilience score. Timepoint: Measuring the post-traumatic stress score and resilience before the intervention and immediately after the intervention. Method of measurement: Weiss and Marmar event impact scale and Connor Davidson resilience scale.
