Intervention group: People who volunteered to participate in the research were selected using a diagnostic interview, a cut-off point of 7.5 in the Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire (GADQ-IV)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Suffering from generalized anxiety disorder based on DSM-5 diagnostic criteria and iron deficiency anemia Patient motivation and satisfaction to participate during treatment and research implementation Age 25 to 35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: suffering from a personality disorder based on a diagnostic interview according to DSM-5 Having a main or co-occurring disorder with the exception of the disorders considered in this research The history of receiving psychological treatment interventions (especially the treatments used in this research) and medication in the last one year and during the implementation of the research or the duration of the treatment obvious danger of suicide now A history of substance abuse or dependence at present and during one year before starting the treatment

Depression score in Beck depression questionnaire. Timepoint: 5 times before the start of the study (during 3 weeks) and the 3rd, 6th and 9th sessions of treatment; and one month, 45 days and 3 months after the end of treatment. Method of measurement: Beck depression questionnaire.;Beck anxiety questionnaire score. Timepoint: 5 times before the start of the study (during 3 weeks) and the 3rd, 6th and 9th sessions of treatment; and one month, 45 days and 3 months after the end of treatment.
