15 Years to 19 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Literacy for reading and writing Age 15 to 19 years Gestational age 16-20 weeks according to first trimester ultrasound or LMP Singleton pregnancy interest in participating in the study Anxiety level equal to 18 or above in the Vandenberg pregnancy questionnaire low risk pregnancy first pregnancy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Drug addiction or Addictive medicines Suffering from known physical-psychological diseases Use of any anti-anxiety medication Occurrence of anxiety-provoking incident in the last six months

Anxiety. Timepoint: Before the intervention, immediately after the intervention, one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Vandenberg anxiety questionnaire.
