Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with diabetic foot ulcer in grades 3 and 4 according to Meggitt-Wagner system.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with foot ulcer in grade 0,1,2 or 5 according to Meggitt-Wagner system Patients who need foot amputation Patients who have vinegar allergy in medical history
