Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Ade between 3-17 years Parents Satisficatin Megarectum due to constipation No Hirschsprung disease No other Organic Disease of colon

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Ganglion positive in Biopsy of colon

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Evaluation of Constipation Score based on special questionaire. Timepoint: 3-6-12 months afetr surgery. Method of measurement: Rintala-hall scoring system and PICS for constipation.
