Inclusion criteria: Adults on chronic hemodialysis

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age less than 18 Age more than 60 Uncontrolled underlying disease Presence of active infection Ascites Sodium less than 130 Hypotension Muscle cramps

Decrease of blood pressure. Timepoint: The beginning of the study and months 1, 2 and 3. Method of measurement: Mercury sphygmomanometer.;Reduction of patient antihypertensive drugs. Timepoint: The beginning of the study and months 1, 2 and 3. Method of measurement: Mercury sphygmomanometer and history.;Decrease of weight. Timepoint: The beginning of the study and months 1, 2 and 3. Method of measurement: Scales.;Muscle cramps. Timepoint: The beginning of the study and months 1, 2 and 3.
