Inclusion criteria: Informed consent to participate in the study Age 15-50 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of skin disease including psoriasis, ichthyosis, pemphigus History of diseases that weaken the immune system History of corticosteroids History of pilonidal cyst surgery
