Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients requiring medial branch block needling to reduce pain in the lumbar facet joint Patients older than 20 years of age Patient consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of surgery Trauma patients Use of neuropsychiatric medications (due to possible impairment in pain perception compared to other people)

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Pain intensity. Timepoint: 1 and 6 hours post intervention. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Patient Satisfaction. Timepoint: 1 and 6 hours post intervention. Method of measurement: Patient Satisfaction Index (PSI).
