Anterior Cruciate ligament. Sprain of cruciate ligament of knee

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: neuromuscular exercises for 8 weeks and 3 sessions of 1 hour each week. Training sessions will include about 10 minutes of general warm-up, 40 minutes of resistance

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 15 to 20 years Dynamic knee Valgus greater than 8 degrees in single leg landing test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Deformity of upper and lower limbs History of fracture or dislocation of hip, knee and ankle History of surgery or neurological disease
