Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 1 month to18 years Acute respiratory distress syndrome Requiring mechanical ventilation Requiring maneuver Pediatric intensive care unit admission

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of bradycardia or hypotension Need to increase the dose of inotropes in the last 6 hours Cardiopulmonary resuscitation within 24 hours before performing any maneuver Severe pleural effusion Untreated pneumothorax History of cyanotic congenital heart disease
