Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Bipolar Disorder Type I and Type II based on DSM-5 Criteria Proficiency in the Persian language Signing an ethical consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of intellectual disability, dementia. acute psychosis and Presence of severe symptoms of the disease to the extent that the patient cannot participate in intervention.
