Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Fill Written informed consent Ability to perform study exercise programs Age 18 to 35 years Having an exercise program for at least 4 days a week Have at least one year of football experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Sensitivity to supplement components Taking anticoagulant and antiplatelet medications Any acute or chronic physical conditions that limit the implementation of the study's exercise program Having cardiovascular diseases Having kidney disease Having neurological diseases Having muscle diseases

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Delayed onset muscle soreness. Timepoint: Daily during each study period, 20 minute before each training session. Method of measurement: A numerical scale from 1 (no pain) to 10 (the most pain possible) in the form of a numerical rating scale.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Rate of perceived exertion. Timepoint: Daily in each study period 20 minutes after the end of each exercise. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.;Adverse Effects. Timepoint: At the End of Each Study Period. Method of measurement: Reporting any Side Effects by Athletes.
