Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Fill Written informed consent Ability to perform study exercise programs Age 18 to 35 years Having an exercise program for at least 4 days a week Have at least one year of football experience
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Sensitivity to supplement components Taking anticoagulant and antiplatelet medications Any acute or chronic physical conditions that limit the implementation of the study's exercise program Having cardiovascular diseases Having kidney disease Having neurological diseases Having muscle diseases
