Intervention 1: Intervention group: 40 patients on mechanical ventilation plus oxygen via nasal cannula. Intervention 2: Control group: 40 patients under mechanical ventilation.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The patient is under mechanical ventilation Have stable vital signs
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mechanical ventilation lasts more than ten days
